This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from dgtune.shop, operated by DGTune, a sole proprietorship based in Georgia (“DGTune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in full, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you must request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Return requests submitted after this period will be automatically denied.
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and unopened

Item must be in original condition, with all packaging, labels, seals, accessories, and documentation intact

Proof of purchase is required

Item must not show signs of use, installation, programming, tampering, or attempted installation
Returns are NOT applicable for ECU Packages or ECU-related products, including but not limited to:

ECU packages
-
Tuned, flashed, programmed, or software-enabled components
-
Any product that interfaces with or alters vehicle electronics
These items are FINAL SALE due to their technical nature and risk of misuse.
4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)
All returns require prior written approval.

❗ Items returned without authorization will be refused and discarded or returned at the customer’s expense.
5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments
We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping for all returns.
6. INSPECTION & CONDITION REVIEW
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Restocking or damage deductions
Items returned in unacceptable condition may:

7. DAMAGES, DEFECTS & INCORRECT ITEMS
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
To report an issue:

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the item as delivered, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Custom or special-order items

Personalized products

Installed or attempted-to-install items

9. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved:

The original item must be returned

A new order must be placed separately
Availability and pricing are not guaranteed.
10. EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to EU consumer law.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
